This station collects data from 7 point dendrometers that measure the changes in tree (Pinus sylvestris) circumference at breast height, as well as the tree transpiration using 7 sap flux sensors (both on North and South side of trees).

Soils are nutrient-poor and shallow (0.05-0.2 m) and overlay calcareous bedrock, which drains very well.
